Avocado Toast with Pumpkin Seeds

Got this recipe from Dr. Oz’s new magazine, “The Good Life.” You can do this surprisingly flavorful and healthy breakfast in a jiffy because the ingredients are few and the preparation is easy.

See the ingredients on this picture: a few slices of any bread or whole-grain toast, Himalayan pink salt, roasted pumpkin seeds, extra-virgin olive oil, lemon or lime, one avocado, and black ground pepper.

PROCEDURE:

Top one slice whole-grain toast with 1/4 avocado, and mash lightly with a fork. Sprinkle with 1 tsp. shelled roasted pumpkin seeds. Squeeze lemon or lime on top and drizzle with  1/2 tsp. Himalayan pink salt. Sprinkle some pepper for additional punch. It’s real yummy!
