1 cup water
1/4 tsp. ground turmeric
1/4 tsp. ground ginger
Splash of soy or almond milk
Honey or maple syrup or Organic Blue Agave sweetener
1. In a small saucepan bring water to a boil.
2. Add turmeric and ginger and reduce heat, simmer for 10 minutes.
3. Add any of the above mentioned available sweetener.
Ahhhh… so soothing! Feel better!
